How the hell do you remove the rear deck in a gen 2?

Well I guess this project won't be finished tonight :x How do I remove the rear deck to replace the speakers? I have the front part loose but it's stuck near the window. I tried prying the little clips out that are inside those oval holes underneath the rear deck lid, and it will not budge. I know it would be a PITA but not this bad. Is there a pdf file somewhere I can look at? Someone help me before I break this thing. :D

You basicly have to remove the whole back interior to get to them. Im talking about the side ceilings too.

I have everything off, and the only part still connected is right up by the window. It seems I have to push it from underneath, but that ain't happening.

Is it clearing the child safetey seat hooks? Lift that part up past the hooks and then you just pull it out. The rear deck is the biggest pain in the a$$ to remove.

Yessssss I got it. I had to pull straight back instead of up, and I didn't break anything..............yet. The only problem now, is that the mounts for the new speakers are not the same as the factorys, so I made a couple plates today out of 1/4" mdf. They fit fine, but where the screws attatching the new speakers to the plates are, interfere with the metal frame of the rear deck. So now I have to grind some of it out. What a bitch this is turning out to be.
