okay so since i wanted to install my double din in the front center console i went to some audio shop near by and he said they would install it but the cover wouldnt function no more but i can still place it on top so it looks stock for $150

the double din i got wright now is the pioneer -avicf90bt-

my other option was to go with the jvc kw-avx810 just because the face is detachable but no gps and i could put it where the oem radio's at ((pioneer vs. jvc???)))

how good are the 6/9 infinity refrence?? is it better to hook up the interior speakers to the stereo or getting a 4 ch. amp what wattage goes good

capacitor does it matter what brand i have 1200wt amp certain one that i need??running one sub 12' my interior (gauges) lights dim thanksss!!!

messin with it.

I remember seeing that install... I cant be sure if it
was real,

the pictures didnt seem the right angles and such.
If he's still here,I would love to see more pics of it.

another alternative, is to remote mount the faceplate somewhere.
that would be trick!?

or to get rid of all the gauges up top and mold a flip out screen
in that section... that would be very cool

You could also try to position the radio a bit further back and put some sort of door or cover up like the Scion TCs as well as many other cars have. Good luck. Show us how it comes out.

heres are my thoughts..

1. Im not a fan of the Pioneer user interface. seems more nerve racking than learning the contra code for 30 men for the first time. I guess after a while it becomes easier? if you have it and like it, then no use in spending more money on it. with that american international kit and a little time, you can make it look pretty factory. most people that have gotten in my car for the first time think its factory

2. speakers? Ive been in la la land with high high end speakers for years now. so others will have to chime in. but an amp will always help makes things sound better

3. caps are usually all the same, try and get something in your budget sticking with popular brands will be a better thing for a few extra bucks.
