jbl amp dimensions?

Does anyone know what the dimensions are for the factory jbl amp for the 2006 toyota solara convertible? I got a new 5 channel amp (infinity 5350a) and I was thinking putting it in the same place as the factory amp. However this new amp is huge and I don't know if it's going to fit. Many just have to put it behind the back seat next to the subwoofer.
