i have the JBL 6 disc changer, does it come with the amp? if so, where is it located?

thread, this shot shows the passenger side under-glovebox area, and although I don't remember exactly anymore, it's up "under there" either against the right "kick-panel" area OR it may have been tucked up "behind" the glovebox in the back... it's been awhile since I did that job!
