Stereo install in 2006 convertible

I recently installed an Alpine head unit, Polk door speakers, 2 amps and a 10" sub in my convertible. Also hooked up blue tooth hands free phone, and swi jack to make the buttons on the steering wheel work. If anyone has questions I would be glad to answer what I can - did this all without wiring harnesses, just clipped and spliced. Did not use the factory amp or cables. Took a while, but got it all working. I am brand new here, so if I am posting this incorrectly in any way, please forgive me and enlighten me.

Where did you put the 10inch sub, behind the back seat or in the trunk? I have an 8in polk sub that I put in the existing factory box in my 2006 convertible but I wouldn't mind upgrading to get a little more bass.
