Anyone have this problem before? I'm thinking I'll have to replace the whole headunit, but want to see if anyone has dealt with this issue.

The volume goes down and back up again. Navigation directions are fine.

I haven't had a chance to dig into it yet, but does anyone know if the Coupe with Navigation had a separate JBL amp (behind the glovebox)?
