I was guessing I'd like it better naked. Your pic proves it for me. Thanks. The logo seems to detract from the billet look.

For me, the option of going without the logo is one of the reasons I'm probably going to get this grill. (That, and the upscale look it gives the car).

I'm not into debadging. But the three ellipse logo that Toyota uses has always bothered me. Every time I look at it I see a guy wearing a sombrero. By definition, a guy wearing a sombrero cannot be an upscale look.

Im am not trying to bash, this is just my opinion... but since everyone was giving their "opinion" about the true billet grills being crooked... I feel that these also look crooked... which just proves my point that it is the camera not the grills that make the lines seem bent... trust me the billets look hard and are just as straight as the trendz.... but I dont have to rock them so its all good either way.

And on the other pic with the emblem... it looks off to one side and would look better without... just my 2 cents...

BTW great job guys.

Just to clarify, the logo was just stuck into the grille to see how it looks...definately did not stay on. I prefer the no logo look much better. As for the crooked look of the bars, you re indeed right...the camera angle makes it look that way. In person they are straight and horizontal and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the look. I've since added the lower grille and just think the overall look is smooth.

One caustion, if you have the front plate bracket (see the black trim on mine)...then it doesn't fit well with the lower grille and pushes the grille down...had to trim the lower tab portion of the bracket to make it fit right.

A. You're right, the nature of the lower opening makes it look uneven unless you're balls-on centered. Only on camera tho. Never noticed it until I was looking at the pics.
B. In my pics the lower grille was actually off a bit. I realized it as I was looking at the pics and tweaked it later. In the pics the passenger side is low. But the bars are straight and the frame fits the opening perfectly if you use the install tips in the first post.

Is there a contact email or address or phone number for this grill? I think it looks great!

We will try to get this for our new Red Solara!

Please note that the first post in the thread referenced above has the links for the upper and lower grills reversed. (The upper is the 2305 and should be cheaper.)
