Hey guys, thanks for the props on the car... I put a lot into it (not just money, but heart), and I'm definitely going to hate to part with it. I've already received serious inquiries from Craig's List, and I posted on there around an hour after I posted on here, so it's going to move... no doubt...

Regarding the mortgage: To clear up any confusion, I was qualified at 5.825% (As I stated earlier, I dropped the decimal spots, and intended the meaning to be in the 5%s, not that I was qualified at a flat 5%). All that is beside the point... Let's keep this thread about the car.

The price of the car is OBO, so hit me with offers if anyone's interested.

Thanks,

-James

there is a HUGE different between 5% and 5.75%

On a 300k loan you're talkin about paying $140 extra a month. You could very well get a very good/low counting loan through like fannie mae if loan amount is under 417k for a first timer loan -- all the 'mae' loan are backed by t-bills/government.

**Sorry for the thread Jack**

WOW! :o Big Bucks!

(I paid UNDER six figures for my nearly 3.something acres and "bungalow-brick" home... too small for my family, but GREAT location and PLENTY of property for kids to play and add-on... )

Still LOVIN' the sleek-black-ride... Good Luck with your sale, James!

As much as I'd love to, I don't have the time/energy/money/parts/space to do so... I sold all the factory parts as soon as I got the TRD stuff installed to get some of my money back, and I'd have to buy it all back in order to sell the stuff (which would put me under even more). I don't have a garage or a decent amount of lot space, so I can't install / uninstall the stuff myself (except for a couple things)... It would take a good amount of time to have it done, and I want it ready for a quick sale...

If someone was willing to sit their car next to mine and have a direct transfer of ALL TRD / CP-e parts from my car onto theirs and their factory parts onto mine, pay for installation of the more difficult parts for both cars (or have someone reputable in the DC Metro area take care of both) and STILL pay me at least half of what I'd normally sell the parts for... and do it all at once, all right now... THEN I'd be willing to talk about it...

WOW! I never thought this awesome car would ever leave your hands. You have treated your car like it was your own son. Honestly, this has to be the best well maintained car here. Good Luck.

P.S.
Did you sell the Alpine IVA-D900 7" In-Dash Screen / DVD Player?

gemini,

Yeah, it does suck that I have to sell the car, but priorities happen sometimes I guess. I just bought my new ride, check out the thread below:

http://www.solaraguy.org/viewtopic.php?p=351063#351063

I'm keeping the IVA and all other A/V system components.

Peace,

-James
