Your car looks great, BadAngel. You are the man.
That's not the look I'm going for; so I won't be participating.
Nonetheless, I wish you great success with your venture.

I'm in for silver. The '04 stock grill is fugly. The only thing I am on the fence about is silver or black.
You can hold me to it-- I will buy one!

Did you already try getting a hold of Mike T to find out what lining he used?

Nice to see these back in production again.

You have this as a feeler now. If you intend to go through with it, send me a PM and I will make this thread a sticky.

BTW: For the black grille kit, you may want to sell the vinyl to cover up the chrome strip on the hood. (Charge a little extra for that.)

I was gonna order the woven metal for my car but don't like the black edging either. I've looked all over and can't find a thing.

BTW excelent job on the grills, the quality and workmanship is top notch

He, he, he- yeah, well I'm still rocking the stock, also. It's not terrible, but I'd say it's my least-favorite styling aspect of the car.

hey great job man. glws. I personally like the original grill on my black car, but it looks real good on your white one.

I agree with you, Yadda. The original grille looks real good on both the black and white cars.

I also agree with you, Youngblood, that the 04 original grilles
could have been more interesting for such a unique and new
design. Don't you wonder about car designers sometimes?
I completely understand why so many people like to modify
their cars. I wonder if they do design surveys or does just
one person make the decision. It would be nice if they sent
out a survey to their loyal customers before deciding and then
they might be sure to sell more cars the next year. Jimmm
