That guy's confused, brand new does not mean the same thing as "it's been in my car for about 75 miles." Hmmmmmm, I wonder what's up with that? He's taking a pretty decent loss on that after the seller's fees and payscam take their cut.

Ha... I guess calling it a CAI gives it more horsepower. We're up to 20WHP now! Heck, get a TRD sticker on that thing and we'll be pulling 30! :P

It was a gal selling it...probably doesnt know the difference between a CAI and SRI.

Oh and pxlpainter good news for you...before I bought this on ebay I called Injen and asked about the CARB approval on our Gen 2s. The customer service rep said its still pending and they should find out by mid to end summer (he sounded like he knew what he was talking about). Look like it on it's way!
