Actually I thought this was a good idea. There's always someone here looking to upgrade or still thinking about getting one in the near future.

So, a free bump to help the brother with the lease.

Best of Luck!!

Just out of curiosity, how do you get a lease transfered to another person? I don't get it.

Might be helpful for you to post the payment, leasing company, etc...

My car is currently leased, and it's not through Toyota, so it has to be returned to the bank, which is only in Florida. If you did the same, this would only be beneficial to someone in Ny if it's a local bank.

Please tell me how you do this though, cuz I'm really curious.

So, you get another free bump :)

my car is through toyota directly. it is very simple to trasfer a lease over.
I pay $349 a month for the v6 se sport. if you know anyone that is interested i would appreciate if you let them know. i just need to do something with the lease, since i am leaving to a skul in another country.
thanks

I wish I knew someone...but being through Toyota, it woudl be easy for the new lessee to turn in at the end. That's a good thing.

Did you call and find out what it would cost to just turn in early? Or find out if another dealer would buy it from you and pay off the lease.

If you just have someone take it over, you would lose any value over the amount you owe.

You could always ship it to whatever country you're going to, and drive it there, you have a UNIQUE car! :D
