SALE: Used H11 6000k HID Kit ---- SOLD ------

Postby geminiz » Tue Dec 05, 2006 10:56 am

I bought this kit in September? It has usage of 8 months now. I am only selling because I think it is too blue. The kelvin is 6000k. Includes relay harness. I am asking for $100 shipped.

Before you consider to buy, I want to let you know what I did with the kit. On the relay harness, I had to bend and cut the metal prongs from the tiny black and red wires to fit into the stock plugs. Also the 3 prongs on the base of the bulbs are sanded down to have them inserted into the housing properly.

This is the post where you guys helped me with the installation:

Because the bulbs are too expensive. I rather just buy a new kit. I don't think there is a brand. It says Odel on the sticker.

Sorry, I don't have any pictures of the light output. Before you buy, I want to let you know what I did with the kit. I am so sorry for the confusion. I should have thought about this more. Before I sell them to you, I am wondering if anyone here wants to trade their 5000k bulbs with my 6000k? Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey, sorry to jump in here....

What is the significance of HAVING a relay as opposed to NOT having one?

Do you HAVE to have the RELAY to "safely" use HIDs, or can you just wire them inot the stock circuit WITHOUT a relay and have no issues?

Thanks,

I plan to keep my hid kit and buy new 5000k bulbs for it.
Does anyone want my used 6000k bulbs for $50 shipped?
