i asked him about a month ago sebas, he told me that since he was not generating enough money on solara maf systems, he will not be making them as frequent.

i also spoke with, the lady from the front desk there and she said that they are suppossed to be hiring someone soon to start making another batch for solara's like towards the end of june, middle of july

SO I CALLED JOSH TODAY, AND HE GAVE ME A UPDATE, THEY HAD SOME ISSUES WITH THE PIPING, WHICH CAUSED HIM TO DELAY MAKING ANY

BUT THEY SHOULD BE READY COME MID JULY, HE EVEN KNOCKED OFF 50 BUCKS FOR ME, SINCE I WILL BE GETTING THE TUNABLE VERSION THAT 50 BUCKS SOUNDS NICE

yo crisp, what will i love most about the cp-e?

Is there a dramatic change in take-off?

What about 0-60, how much different does it feel?

And I assume that is a K&N filter your using now, what is the difference between the one that comes with mafci and the K&N?

Sorry for all the questions man, I am just excited, and and if anyone has any input, feel free to answer any of these questions

Crispone, I am waiting for answers man

I just have one question ---- for all you with the CPE-MAF system...

Did you go with the tunable or non-tunable verions?

Is it worth tweating once installed?

thanks.

Unless you REALLY know how to tune or have access to a shop or buddy that does, then DON'T waste your money on the tunable box!!

Actually - I think my tunable MAF box is out in the garage collecting dust somewhere... wonder if it's worth anything? :-?

before you go and purchase one, make sure you call them first, the mafci systems are still at powdercoating and prolly will not be ready till tuesday or wednesday.

i am waiting on getting mine, actually comtemplating whether to get th tuneable or non-tuneable version myself, if you can find a shop that can tune your car the right way then the tuneable version might be a good route

so basiclly what pxlpainter said
