Hello, I am currently Working on Carbon fiber diffusers for the 8th gen civic coupes and thought it would be cool to have one for my solara. The thing is it really wouldnt be worth it to take a mold of my bumper just to make 1 diffuser for myself. So my question is, If it was made would you be interested in buying one? it will most likely just be a stock style carbon fiber diffuser and cost from 125-150. I can basically fabricate/make anything so if you have something else you may want let me know and we can work something out. I am willing to do the same for 1-1.5 Gens Solara as long as there is a chicagoland memeber that would be willing to work with since I own a 2nd gen.

Do you have any examples/design pics/drawings? I assume it would be paintable as well for us purists that don't like the CF bolt-on look?

BTW - thanks for considering taking on this project!

I dont have any drawings/ design pictures, this is going to be pretty much a basic stock looking diffuser only difference is its going to be carbon fiber. now if you like a piece you can paint I can make a fiberglass piece that will be cheaper.

To answer Dawgs question- This piece will be for cosmetics only

Okay - stupid question... which part of the bumper is considered the diffuser? Are you referring to the entire "skin" of the front bumper then?

OIC - I was thinking front bumper.

So you're looking at creating a stick-on CF appliqué that goes on the existing bumper then? How will that work with the folks who have the skirt kit?
