Is that an offer then? Would you be able to send them before getting the G35 rims returned? (read my original post).

ToyoSol - no idea since I haven't worked with Gen 1s... you'd have to go ask in the Gen 1 forum or look it up by search for wheel/tire fitment guides.

You can also check this thread out to save getting flamed by the way. ;)

Just lookin' out for ya!

Well i would post some pics of mine. They have some damage.I mean that can be fixed with a technique. And yes that would be a offer.I just need to look around here and see if any of my friends have a set i can borrow or do it when i take off a few days at work. And also i guess before i could even install them i would need to get my fenders shaved or rolled. And i have no idea how to do that unfortunately.

If yours look like mine do in the pics, that's fine cuz I'm just going to put them on the car before turning it back in, so I don't care. As long as they're not "majorly" damaged that is! It would be good to see pics first tho'

You might want to do some searching about rolled or shaved/trimmed fenders - there was a lot of discussion about it a couple years ago. ;)

But don't do anything until you KNOW you can do this and we have the process in motion - there are a few people that have contacted me with interest as well...

Cheers - Jeff

Would i have to roll my fenders if i went with a 225/40/18?Also doesn't the camber kit pitch the tires in or out and cause uneven wear on the tire surface?Im really interested in this but i cant mod my car right now. Also would u just be sending the tires and rims or just the rims?

Cambering the tires TOO MUCH would cause uneven wear. But if you're just cambering a little bit it can increase the handling of the car.

Camber is so little you won't see uneven tire wear - especially under load. My tires have worn evenly even when rotating them.

This is for rims only - tires are bald and add too much weight to shipping them.

Jump on this now as I have someone else eyeballing these rims! ;)

I know - my poor Solara is looking more anemic with every mod I take off of it! :(

Nobody has snatched up the TRD springs and SE SPort struts either which amazes me even more!! I'm going to just leave them on the car and let the next owner benefit from it I guess - not worth spending a day swapping them out if they don't sell.

I may just end up slapping these on my wife's Camry just so they don't go back with the ride!

Dood - read the first post. ;)

And please keep this thread about the wheels only - the BIG ASS PART OUT SALE is for discussion of all the rest of the stuff I still have.

Thanks!
