Ours gen 2's come with one...can't imagine why someone would wanna buy another? Unless just the SE Sport's came with it???

EDIT: Ohh...maybe cuz it looks a lot cooler than our stock ones? haha. I Didn't realize the TRD one was different. Does it deliver any more strength or rigidity?
