does anyone know how to open up an 02 Camry LE dash so i can get to the head unit to install subs?

A Chilton's / Haynes manual should have instructions since there are millions of steps.

Are you planning to use the factory headunit to run the subs?

I would recommend buying an aftermarket headunit. When you buy the headunit, get the wiring harness from crutchfield and they'll send you step by step instructions on opening the dash
