How do u put pictures on a post?

...The pictures need to be uploaded to a site such as photobucket, from there you can get the IMG code.
Paste that code to your message on this site and it will appear as a picture in the post.

I added a space between the [IMG]http: so you can see the code.
If I take out that space it will post this:
