Hey guys I got some good news VIS has come out with a brand new CF trunk for the 97-99 camry.
This will released in about 6-8 weeks.

I just got mine in and it fits perfect! perfect finsih on it too! also with shaved emblem...

Wow its getting that serious CF trunks never seen those before on any cars but looks good. how much lighter is it than stock?

oh mann is it light.. i think this is one of the lightest trunks i've ever handled.
it's not even half the weight of stock and that's with the tail lights in and locking mechanism installed.

VIS didn't close down they just changed location.

from wat I hear they only want to do wholesale, not to sure on the details of that though, try calling them.. if you want to contact them.

trust me people those who went to HIN san mateo saw it and it looks GOOD. almost like an oem trunk fit. i only wish that they did the gen 4.5 or give us some option of different tails, (euro look not alcheezas)

Question: where did u get the rear window viser? How much? sweet deal for the trunt c/f's...but i think it looks great only on white cars! the reg. champaign camry would look :splat:

that link from trdkamuri510 pretty much gives the details of the rear visor..

I'm kinda surprised at the lack of interest on the trunk.. IMO i thought there would be more attention givin to this thread..but :(

consider that most people on here are into solaras. sc3 would praly get more hits but i dunno. not to many people want to drop the money into a carbon fiber hood, let alone an Trunk. as soon as they set prices ill get one.

hahah looks like an antique sage pearl camry with a trd bodykit. nothing special. it looks pretty much like 3/4 of the camrys i see with trd bodykits.

yeah i do want one though. im still stuck on waiting for the TC to come out before we move on w/ my project though. the wife wants the "superchared" one.
