well with these sleeves you can increase the bore size up to 92mm for turbo and up to 95mm for na also for a turbo car you can boost up to 70 psi of boost they are much stronger then stock

70 is probably correct, it's just the pistons, rods and crank that will snap long before that...just because the sleeves can hold up, doesn't mean the rest of the motor will
