sorry for causing confusion by resurrecting this thread....i was just trying to give input about the one company that makes one that actually does work....nowhere near *actual* supercharger boost levels of course...

yeah, i just realized that this was a thread resurrection, rather than a new post.
my bad d-monies
adam, as far as a 0.2 second drop on the 1/4 mile, maybe it was a little bit cooler that night, or maybe the air pressure was up. or maybe it could have been any number of other factors that could alter the numbers.
i can virtually guarantee that this bilge pump did not do it.
know how i can tell? i measures the "supercharger" efficiency in CFM (cubic feet of air per minute) rather than PSI (pounds per square inch).
the cylinders weren't putting out any more power, as the A/F ratio was unaltered, and the timing is the same.
i'll believe it works when you show me before and after dynos that aren't commisioned by the company who made the product.
oops, i take it back, i see that they claim that this product makes 1psi more intake pressure (doesn't say if it's +1 psi at WOT or at idle). so it's $600 for +1 psi (probably at idle) and a fire hazard in your engine bay.
