Fuel Issue?

I have been having problems with my 99' Solora. The car will not start, it has a new battery, the fuel pump fine and has pressure in the fuel pump. The fuel filter is brand new the air intake filter is new but for some reason at times it will not start and then either the next day or two days later it starts again. Please HELP!!!!

What happens when you try to start it? Does it even try to turn over? Or is there no response whatsoever?
