So i have a gen1 solara sitting on 18 inch MR7 rims and the passenger rear rim is hitting against the strut whenever i have like other wheels in the trunk or just gojng over some sort of deep dips or holes in the road. Should i just sell and get smaller rims or get wheel spacers? Thanks.

Spacers is the cheaper option.

Im on a stock suspension and the rims are only hitting on the rear passenger side. The rear driver side is fine.
Spacers did sound good until i found prices of close to 100 so i might just black out my stock 16s and sell my Motegs :(

My 99 camry was doing that but it was hitting the inside of the rear fender so I just got my 4.5' grinder & took out the extra.
never heard the noise again even with people in the backseat w bumps & turns.
