Hello,

I have just bought a 1999 Solara V6 SE, 5 speed. I am totally enjoying driving this vehicle and find its 37 miles per gallon at near 70 to be a huge improvement over my old SUV at near 10 mpg.

The information I have accessed so far concerning the v6 with four overhead cams has been only factory data. I am seeking accurate and reliable information as to how to keep this engine running properly for a very long time.

I would appreciate your insights as to upkeep for this automobile as I know no one who has this auto.
