Auto HVAC stuck on 68 degrees

Auto HVAC stuck on 68 degrees

Anyone ever experience this or know how to fix it? I live in FL so it's better than it stuck on heat when we rarely use heat but it sucks I can't adjust it back to it's normal 74 where I like it.
