Last week, I changed my headlight housing color and put some leds..

but.. now I'm thinking about change my headlight housing color to black.. what do you guys think? just keep my titanium color? or black??

You took that with an iPhone 4 with HDR on didnt you? Try to hold your hand more steady, you can see the ghosting in the seats.

Those LEDs look really nice, I would leave the housing as-is, it looks nice. Plus wouldnt that be really difficult?

here is some pics, I hope these help.


Black housing is not that difficult.

What U need - 1. Heat GUN (I just used $20 value heatgun).

2. Glove - It's hot!

3. T-10 Screw Driver

1. remove bumper

2. remove headlight.

OH, THERE IS FIVE SILVER BOLTS, SO REMOVE THEM FIRST!!!!!!!



3. use heat gun (around headlight)

4. pull both side and heat around there. do this step again and again

5. Ta-da~!

6.remove 5 black bolts /w T-10

7. Remove turn signal part

8. remove other part.


I hope this pics helpful for black housing.(If you guys come to Utah area, I can help you kk)
