Hey does anyone know how to remove the headlights on a gen 1.5? I have already tried by removing corner lights 1st and then the grille. It seems my front bumper is in the way though..

As long as you got the screw on the inside and the other two bolts on the outside, just push the bumper down a bit and wiggle it out...hope this helps.

I removed two bolts on the side of the lights and 1 on top. What is the inside screw you're talking about? I think it might be the one I'm saying is blocked by my bumper

Then yeah its the one on the lower tab, It's blocked by my bumper. If I try bending the bumper forward to get to the screw, do you think I'd damage the bumper?

I believe if you take out the grille you can reach it, or use a ratcheting flex head 10mm and you might be able to reach your hand around behind the grille. I do have a Sarona grille, so that might make it a bit easier, but try just taking yours out first?

Word, then I would disconnect the negative battery cable (seems much but you don't want to trip the airbag sensors) and bend the bumper cover out of the way just enough to get a wrench in there. This is where the ratcheting wrench's come in, that way you don't need alot of movement. The cover is plastic so it should be fine when you put every thing back together if you just tweak her a little. I know how frustrating trying to get something done and not screw anything up, good luck and let me know if you need anymore help :)
