I am looking to get cold air intake. Whats the best look? I'm looking so spend around 150$ for something that will work well. I would rather not do any special modifications to make it fit and run right, just bolt it on. If anyone has one they are looking to sell I would be interested for sure, i dont mind used.

Yup pretty much one of the few and very rare chances to pick up a full set like that.

i ordered a weapon-r dragon intake. Came to around $200. There were a couple guys with solaras or camrys that reviewed it and said it came out really well, so i went with it.

It's not a true CAI. Pick up an extension. You may need a different size coupler/reducer depending on what ddiameter the weapon r is. You'll see intake temperatures about 10-20 degrees cooler with the extension

Also make sure its not a full 3 Inch Extension. I ran into a issue on my avalon using a 3 inch setup and lost a ton of power under 5K but above it holy crap. i will note that my IAT's dropped by about 40-60 degrees on average. I need to make my extension about 2.5 inches and i should be fine.

Hi guys, can someone give me the rundown of why the extension length matters? I would assume (and from what I've read) that it has to do with the amount of ducting that is heating the air, but I'm not quite sure. The reason I'm asking is because I'm looking at the Injen but I want to understand the extension thing before I actually do it.

Any input is appreciated, thanks guys.
