Postby MarcoSolara02 » Sun Sep 19, 2010 2:33 pm

Hey guys idk if they just did this to me, but this website... http://store.everythingcarparts.com

hasntt sent me a tracking number or anything for over 3 weeks.

I called and no one answeres, i sent an email and they said they would send my tracking number, but never did...they pretty much screweed me over with some corner lights.

You guys have any advice on what to do with this situation? thanks

tell your bank that you paid for merchandise that was never shipped to you. they'll reverse your credit.

they'll believe you by default then investigate your claim, they'll likely contact the merchant and request proof of shipment from them. Which they probably cannot provide to the bank.

i never buy from a website that you cant find a physical address for.
when you go to "contact us" on the mentioned website, there is only an email address, and on the homepage theres a phone number, but no real address is listed. only time i had any problems buying online was when i bought from autopartsdealer.com, stay away from them.
