Does not include the hoses, but it does include the MAF. The only hose you need is the one running from the top of the engine and it's like $3.00 at Advanced Auto..the other two are direct fit from your original air intake.

Yeah I know man, I wish I could have stayed longer I had big plans for the Lara but the offer I got for the bimmer was just too crazy to pass it off.
