how many miles on the CO? and how long do they typically go before having to be recharged?

15000 miles on the coilovers. I believe what you mean by recharged you are referring to the coilovers being serviced. I would asume these would have the same lifespan of a OEM stock suspension not sure when they need to be serviced.

For reference, my JIC SF-1s went about 50K miles before going. I drove them pretty hard on crap roads, so your mileage may vary.

do the coilovers have to be removed and sent into the manufacturer to be serviced? and do you know what the charge is?

Im not sure how much manufacturer charges to have them serviced. Coilovers will need to be removed but will not need to be sent to manufacture to be serviced.

Manufacture usually sells a rebuild kit, it varies but usually they run for $150 ea.

so every 40k miles, 150 bucks to reservice? that's not too bad really. and most shops will be able to do this? sure beats $350 for new struts every 40k and another $300 for labor.

^150 for each coilover, so your looking at 600 everytime they need to be rebuilt.
