My New Seats!

Postby Toy1mzfe » Mon Sep 17, 2007 7:25 pm

looking uberly hott. MAn i love it.

The seats look a bit low. hows the bracket like with the seats?

Something about the wheels that dont fit too well. i think its the spacer fact. Or u gots to bump it up to 18x8.5 with 38 offset. thats perfect for our cars.

nonetheless i like the bronze and clean a55 dwp...

thanks guys! yeah the rims are kinda lacking the more i look at it... i love em, but they really should be 18s. Im thinking about copping some new rims in the spring, but we'll see what happens.

The brackets and sliders are nice, but they do sit pretty low. I think you cant even see my shoulder when i drive by out the window  but Im tall enough that i can still see fine and the seating position feels comfortable, so i dont mind it. I wouldnt recommend this setup to people less thank about 5'10" or much larger than a 34" wasit haha.

^ haha hey sorry man, my girlfriend would kill me if she couldnt put the seat back to sleep on long trips. It just makes sense to me to have seats that recline, a fixed back wouldnt work so well for my daily driver, especially when it comes to getting people out of the back.

Yea, it's why I refused to put the second bucket in mine. If I were to do that, I'd have to put in a cage or something to justify losing the rear seats

I used to have a seat like yours......and yes it's sitting low, I'm not comfortable driving too low, they just designed for 2 door sport cars, like RX7-8, S2000 etc and our solara is not really consider a 2 door sport cars........ and plus I get very tired having uncomfortable seats........... but it surely looks good  good job bro!!
