Will not fill the gap that much maybe 0.11" (25.97" tire overall diameter my previous 18") 26.08" tire overall diameter with those 19"

I bought those (19X8 40 offset)

and those shoes (225/40R19)

There is an interesting demo about the wheels
http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/konigHotSwap.dos;jsessionid=F0Q224C3jqTYtkvJ45dqF6lGjSN6lLp3hLLfFpxqHMJ3zTwHhm1T!459882638!NONE

I'll get the carbon spokes...but I'll also buy the chrome spokes.
I considered the black wheel with the chrome spoke...looks great in the air but on a black car (yeah black on black is very popular...) but I don't like the lack of definition between car and wheels when black/black

NEED TO SEE THEM MOUNTED! Sebas!

Hard to tell from pics alone. They LOOK like nice rims, though...

(Is that REAL CF in the spokes? If so, I'd worry about "discoloration" from any type of road salt, or cleansers... I've seen CF go WHITE and be HARD TO MAINTAIN on external components sometimes... like on motorcycles.)

I will receive them in 5-7 days
I don't think it is real CF, it's fake one...just to get the color.

For the look...you can base it on SiLvAciViChiCk or (06 Toyo chick) (The white 06 Solara on 20" wheel w/ 5 thin spokes) Take off 0.5" all around...you got the image ! ;)

Just to give a little idea of the approximation of what 5 thin spokes can done on a gen 2 Solara.

There is the really nice ride of Alisha

I went on Konig website and nothing yet on those spoke but I read the description on tirediscount and it is what I thought. I got my wheels from 1010tires.com the best wheels/tires website in the world I saw yet. For like 1-2 years I thought it was US website...I was wrong...1 month ago I read that they are based on the Canada/USA frontier on the British Columbia side !! :D

I take avantage of the free shipping on tire/wheel package and I pay just 1 tax (federal instead of paying 2 taxes). They will arrive all mounted, I just will have to installed them...I will use my Michelin racing jack more often with those spoke swapping !! :D

I didn't found yet where to buy them (spokes only)...but it will come when the wheel will be available everywhere ! :)

Those are SuperSweet! I like the idea of the carbon; coat it with a thick layer of paste type car wax to keep it looking good... the open air inside those 19" spokes should help create the illusion of a very small gap imo...

What you mean by this ?? Ok I got it (I think) 5 "thin" (but thick) spokes create an open air between spokes...yeah yeah...and he makes look the wheels bigger !

By the way I will receive my R1-concepts preminium brakes this Wednesday !! :D I'll let you know !!

^^^I'm looking at around July before I'm getting the rims (current tires should just about be done by then...)

But in the meantime, I've already priced it out with Toyo Proxes 4's :)

those are gorgeous rims. can't wait to see them on your car
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.
