put silver color vinyl to match the factory look, or if you have to black wood trim on ur car, get the carbon fiber vinyl to match it.

Imma get the D3 also, I thought it didn't fit on our solara since the bestbuy website/crutchfield websites showed that it won't fit in our car

Yeah! i am thinking to put on the silver carbon fiber dash trim kits like this one on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TOYOTA-SOLARA-04-2004-05-2005-06-2006-07-DASH-TRIM-KIT_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ6755QQihZ015QQitemZ250111891414QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW
The thing that i like most about this HU is when you take the navigation DVD out and put in a DVD video. You still can use the navigation map because it has its own memory except some functions such as search, POI ...you need the dvd map. I haven't tried to play Divx file format yet. But oveverall, it's not bad for the HU under $1,000[/url]

that's a great looking headunit man.
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.

I used the OEM bezel, just be aware theres 1/3-1/2 inch gaps on each side of the H/U with that bezel. I used a piece of foam that I cut to fit the head unit to frame it in and superglued it to the back of the bezel.

It takes some creativity...that none of the big-box stores are allowed to have :)

Any of the smaller specialty audio shops should be able to make it happen, or take a trip to your local arts and crafts store and you'll figure it out soon enough :)
