It didnt hit me that i have Supercharger installed until i went to work today morning, left my house with my friend on Saturday at 3am, and i got home today (5am) and then had work at 10. lol.

But yea, its getting to me, slowly, the major downside was that buying a used S|C kit, ur gonna have a bitch of a time getting all the right pieces.

You can use any engine degreaser, warm up the engine and spray on, the majority of the work will be scrubbing it with a towel and getting it all off.

Congrats on the SC, looks nice!

The extension will go on this week, we didnt have much time to do the extension, so we just fit the SRI.

we had problems, it's a used kit, we didnt have mechanical problems but we had "hardware" problems. Ill leave it at that for now.

what did you have trouble with? I still need to find a few parts for mine before it goes on. I'll probably run into some problems too, so let me know!

well i made a thread in the forced induction forum about a Brass spacer + its collar that i was missing, the pulley it fitted on was also missing, but the pulley is easily purchased via amazon.com, its a Dayco pulley, SiennaSC98 has a Nice write up about the replaceable pully's. However, the brass spacer + collars are one of a kind, so i had to get them machined (copied). Among other things, too many things went haywire. but im glad its all done with.

if you're willing to spend the money to boost safely, the best thing you can do (and even better than jim's fuel mod) is to install a return-style fuel setup.

then you can use and aftermarket fpr to regulate (and make sure) that you get enough fuel all the way to the front rail.

On my gen3 camry, because it comes with a return-style fuel return already, there is no need for jim's fuel upgrade nor the different fuel filter, since I know that I'm getting enough fuel from the rear rail all the way to the front rails.

very important though would be a high pressure fuel pump in that setup (I have a walbro 255HP pump).

An added benefit as well is that with an apr installed on the fuel rail, you can hook up the vacuum line to get rising fuel pressure with boost.

it's well worth thinking about- though not cheap or easy to do yourself.
