Actually it's Chinese (Taiwan, in fact that's the Lover's Bridge of Tamshui in the background; slang-named for its construction starting date of Feb 14, 2003). This video primarily deals with selling it as a used 2004 model year car (in fact the words on the back window say "test drive welcome"), and they know that it's actually not a Lexus :-)

Then they go on to describe the features and designs (e.g. more aimed towards the USDM market with larger buttons, spaciousness, luxuriousness, etc.). It's an '04 going for $1,400,000 TWD ($46,111.80 USD)!

LOL @ the fact that they keep referring to the xB as a refrigerator, but then they go on to describe the xB for a few minutes... Incidentally they say it's the first xB in Taiwan to pass government inspection. Going for $750,000 TWD ($24,702.75 USD). But did they REALLY have to drive on the wrong side of the road to promote it (around -6:27 or 6:12 you can see it on the other side of the double-yellow line... Taiwan is a left hand drive country)?

toyota has been exporting cars made in american plants to taiwan for a long time.
btw taiwan is a right hand drive country..
