After 3 years of nothing...

Postby lightear » Wed Aug 30, 2006 10:26 pm

Ok! Thanks for the comments so far guys. I'm definitely going to try the fog tinting and some window tint. The 1.5 rearlights have grown on me and I may end up keeping them. I will switch em out with my friends for a week and see how they turn out.

TRD = money, which I dont have a lot of. So that won't come for awhile. I'm still dreaming of getting black mesh rims with polished lip but those are expensive as well and nothing has poppped up on craiglist or recycler yet. So just waiting and waiting. But for now...i'm satisfied.

So you guys don't think I need to flush out my rear rims??

18x7 Falken Torque with a 42 offset. Not the exact rims I wanted but friend sold them to me at a cheap price and they looked decent enough, at least WAYYYYY better than my O.G. 15 inch 7 spokes, LOL!

Suggestions

Looks good, I personally like the Gen 1 lights WAY more than the 1.5. Either way you go if you smoke them, they will match the front headlights more. I would also lose as many emblems as possible. I.e. Solara in rear, leave them guessing. Jon.

Yes I am Mark. On the front right. I'm assuming two things:

Either I need to reinspect and reinstall it

or

Buy new strut mounts.

I let you guys know. NE Ideas?

Looks real slick. Dark tint would really set the wheels off. I usually don't like black wheels on white paint, but it looks good on that ride. A TRD kit would really set it off. 8)
