The setup looks great!!! I like the offset on the wheels. Seems to fill in the wells a bit better. As for the center caps, take some measurements on it. Outside diameter, thread pitch (if you have a pitch gage) and ask some wheel manufacturers. One concern I'd have is that the Infinity wheels are colored slightly. I assume the cap is as well. Matching this may be hard.
Ask the wheel shops. I'm sure they are creative. If you have unlimited funds and can loan me one, I can have it made for you. (J/K)
Honestly, I'm not sure how much my contact would charge. I'd need some good pics of the car. He'd make it out of billet aluminum.
