Thanks guys! :)

I was going to tap into the front turn signals originally, but couldn't reach the wires without taking out the headlight assy's - which mean taking off the bumper, etc... what a bunch of CRAP!! :x

So I got out the shop manuals and looked for the relay - just so happens its in the driver's front kick panel. I tested to see which wires coming out were the flashers and tapped into them with 3M connectors.

The real bitch was feeding the wires through the door panel and into the side of the rubber door cable grommet. No way was I even going to attempt to fish it through the cable channel itself! I used heat shrink over the wires for added strength and protection, and it hides them a bit in the door jam.

I'll try out the non-speed-controlled top switch today while I'm out too (Thanks again Down2TC) ;) I'll just remember NOT to try it at freeway speeds! :o LOL!!!

*Update: Got my '07 Tails installed tonight! :)

I did the lazy method and just plugged 'em in - no rewiring. Only took about 15-20 min to install. I gotta tell ya that the LEDs are so bright I can actually see better with the brake lights alone backing out than I could with the orig backup lights!! :o

I like having the amber turn signals match my mirror LEDs too. :)

I'll take pics tomorrow while I"m getting 'er ready for Sunday's show!

That was a lot of fun to participate in. It at least made me hurry up and finish some long-overdue mods this past week! ;)

Thanks - yeah, I'll take a new sig pic or two later this week. :)

I'm really anal about a clean car too - spent 6 hours polishing it yesterday - took the wheels off to clean the calipers and drums and the back side of the rims. ;)

wow Jeff. You're car is coming out beautiful.I love how the side mirror led's look.Only because they DONT look cheap and very custom.I've seen DIY led's and look like crap.Yours I really like because its clean looking and not to thick of a light. The tail lights are lookin hot on ur ride! Props to you !
