larry im absolutely glad your ok..

now for the bad news

i can see form the damage to the pillar, the framis bent more than likely and a lot of the front end is gone. they are going to claim it as a total loss (over 10k in damages i can tell u that right now

im sorry man..

as for the problem of it being his fault, i hope u got the other guy involved (the one he hit prior to u) info.. thye can prove he is at fault

claim everything in losses the headlights etc. all the aftermarket, the recipts u name it.. i hope u kept them.. they will help u in the long run..

god another great car gone..

health is the most important thing, much over a car. your car was really one of my favorite (headlights wowowowow). Hope that you will be able to rebuilt! Mine was destroy and rebuilt, still working like new but less resell value.
