your right but sometimes people don't realize what they are buying, doing so, the things they buy might seem cool to them but when they try to show it off thats when it goes wrong.. its like putting a GTR badge on a mustang

those probably wouldn't look good on another car, but that looks like it could pass for a dealer option. I like

I doubt anyone would ever recognize my wheels as Mustang wheels, especially without the center caps.

I guess I'm a ricer though.

I wouldn't say it's ricer. It would be ricer if you painted them white and red. Ricer seems to be thrown around a lot. To me, it means over-the-top gaudy, unnecessary, race-inspired stuff on a car not suited for it.

Ricer stuff can look good in the right context (a sponsored drift car, for example).

Using rims from a different model car isn't ricer (it's not like he left the center caps on or put mustang badges on his car).

I say if you like them, keep them. It's not like you are telling everyone to do it.

Not a big fan of mustangs... along with anything that has to do with them. ESPECIALLY on a Lara

i don't want to turn this topic into something else, but if it's a sponsored drift car, it isn't rice, since dam near all of the parts are functional. But i agree, using wheels from another car isn't rice. I mean, you can just look around here and see examples of it and it looks dam good when done right. So what, it's a factory Mustang wheel....and? If it came off a Cobra R would the same thing be said? That's nowhere near rice....and probably nowhere near fitting on a Solara either, but i'm sure they get what I mean. I think those stockers look decent. It wouldn't be my first choice for a wheel, but it isn't any worse than some 20in + spinners or whatever the hell is the "in" thing now. I'm surprised more people didn't point out the crappy fitment of the lip kit or hazy headlights instead  but are stuck on the mustang wheels......
