i'm so jealous of your car. Id love to be turbo'd some day. I was going to comment on the front bumper not being molded but i realized why, would be hard to mount that intercooler with the bumper on

Hey guys I know i been mia on the boards for the past year, but today I finally had the chance to take the solara back out and get the car tuned @ churches automotive.

dyno numbers came back at 263 hp 261 tq with 6.5 psi. had some issues with the oil feed line. so once that get all clear out I will be going back to get the full tune.

i should be expecting 300+ after i get some of the kinks worked out with the oil feed and running 750cc injectors i just got in the mail today.

Nice numbers. Shouldn't 750cc be good for more like 500?
I'm thinking that's gonna be overkill. Of course I'm not an expert.

I know, I was just thinking back to an S2000 that's around this area. He runs a bunch of boost, and 750cc injectors.
Dyno chart proved more than 550whp. It must be the difference in RPM range.

Actually that makes sense, the S2000 tachs at about 12000 and the 2AZ is more like 6500.
So the S2000 is running almost twice the revs, and not quite maxing injectors.
And the 2AZ would run out of revs before 7k so max power is more like 300.

OK, if my reasoning is correct, then you're right on about the 750 injectors. Sorry for thinking out loud...err...textually.

just got back from the dyno shop again. im officially in the 300 club. today i made 302 hp and 303 tq at 12.8 psi still running with the 550cc injectors probably will go back in another 2-3 months when i get new gasket and have my meth kit installed. Shawn at Churches thinks i can make about 350 - 400 once i get those all finish.
