do you know how much the tail lights would cost? i was thinking if i did a swap with the 07 tail lights, i could just connect the wires for reverse light and turn signals using the same bulb? or do u think u would have to do a total new hole with different bulb and wire/harness?

Now we need to wait on the reverse (back-up) light fix for these gen 2.5 tails for use in the gen 2.
What does a pair of these gen 2.5 tail lights cost anyway?

Next I'm waiting to see a gen 2.5 HID headlight upgrade on a gen 2 posted here ... although at an estimated $2500 for the upgrade, that goes a long way towards a down payment on a new gen 2.5. **lol**

whoa buddy thats not right at all. I got the prices of headlights with hid projectors and tail lights in my car. When i get off work and go home ill post the prices i got from my buddy that works at toyota.

Thanks Doc, and the prices are cheaper than you guys think...... ask RGZTOYs for a hook up if one not possible near you.

I havent had time to take the pics for the tails with the reverse in there but they will be up this weekend.

I called up five separate dealerships in my area and I got the estimate at around $2500 total for the HIDs... I posted the part numbers on page 3 of this thread... the casings are $350 / each, the bulbs (2 per) are $360 / each and you still need the harness...

Thanks and no to your Question. I believe there is no indicator of that sort here.

I beg to differ. I unplugged my brake light on purpose for detail of the "rear light out" indicator, but then again I don't know if Gen2's have it:

This was doable without starting the car, so ignore the oil and battery warning lights.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

Here is the video of the lights, using the turn signal as a reverse now, and the led is a signal/brake/running lights......
