Datsrboi Dyno and clips Of supercharged

I dynoed my car. First run was before the CEL light came on. Second run was with a CEL light on. THis proves that when CEL light comes on our car that it WILL throw our car into safe mode. I went from a wooping 202whp down to a 177whp. And it caused the car to run rich and loose tons of power. Other then that I wasnt happy with my results. I wanted higher numbers. Hahah I was hoping 210 whp. I Have a trailer posted up too of some solara dyno and other stuff sinec I was bored.

Mods: Supercharge 3.5PSI, Catback, Injen SRI... And thats about it for engine mods.

Clips on Streetfire streamed.

it throws your car into safe mode because your knock sensor sense knock. At that point, it means you need better a/f tuning and you should not dyno it. The consequence is kill your knock sensor or motor.

Well this dyno we didnt expected the car to hit into knock sensor CEL. It was just another one of those dyno things then this came out unexpectedly. So its interesting to know how much power it does kills estimated. Im going to see this supra shop and see if theres way to work around this sensor and retard it at the same time crank my car up more. I have a new R&D on the way.

^^^ TRD rates the stock psi at 4, but if you actually take off the pulley, it has "TRD 3.4" written on there.

No No its not an SH.. Its a Type S. Its not a USA SPec prelude. JDM motor from japan rated 20 Hp more then a regular USA prelude would be of 200 hp. I have a hard time taking the JDM S out. But USA Type S and SH are no issues to me hehe. THe USA S nad SH are the same motor just SH has stiffer suspension.

I lost to the Z28. It had SRI, full exhaust with Track SLicks on it.

actually... those numbers are pretty good, considering your mods, aren't they? A clutch/flywheel would really help free up some of that power, but you won't see much of a difference on the dyno...

Those numbers look really good!

to bypass the knock sensor does not help you. it is there for a purpose, to prevent knock and detoternation. with such a low boost, maybe a SAFCII will do the job.

:D That's alright!

Sick Vid there. 8)

IMHO The knock sensor might be going off because of the gas or your just not getting the proper fuel ratio. What brand gas are you using? :P
