Hey guys its Damon- Im a mod over at toyota nation. Just wanted to share the first pics I took of my new Solara. Got the car last week (will be a week tomorrow) 1999 Diamond White Pearl SE V6 5 Speed with 84k miles. Car came with a new clutch, tint, tien springs, tokico struts, and the independent fog light mod. Here are some pics I took last weekend:

Here is a shot I took this evening, installed yellow fog light bulbs, silverstars, factory grille I bought from another member, and removed the moonroof shield (not sure if thats a good idea yet)

Next immediate plan is to get my Renova grille painted and installed. I also may participate in the Kaminari group buy if it goes through and get the kit installed this summer. I am selling my tires and purchasing new ones that will be the right size and reusing my camry rims, those might be on by the end of next week. After that Ill be tinting the side windows to match the back, installing an exhaust system with APEXi WS muffler, and possibly doing a projector retrofit. Anyway, ill make this my official thread, thanks for the warm welcome thus far guys!

Oh, and for reference, here is my old car:

looks good. glad you got the chrome oem grille. the white looked funny to me.....
now get the trd kit and youll be all set.

it's beautiful man. ive always wanted to have a dwp.. you got a great deal on a solara that already came lowered. then again, i think someone from the forums used to drive that car.

Yeah Im a camry section mod, so ill still be over there a lot, but the solara section is dead so ill be here as well haha.

I forgot to mention, the whiteline rear swaybar from my camry will be going on this car as soon as I get time to do it. And yeah, Im planning on the TRD kit, just a bit tight on funds right now from buying the car- Ill still try to make it happen
