I know I am not LM, but the color is pretty close (shade wise)

I am running 20% all around (see my sig pic or go to my cardomain for more)

This is a good pic to visualize with: Image

thanks for the replies posh and rollaevo... u guys have very nice generation 2's..its u guys that set the bar up higher and higher

they're very distinct in their own way and thats what' i'm striving for. i think that i'm going to get 35's to keep it legal and then its rim time. i really would like to get them b4 memorial day (1 month) but i need to find the right ones. I can't seem to find any one's that im truly head over heels for..i want my car to stay classy..i've debated gunmetal rims but i feel that it would give it more of a sporty look..i'm startin to think..maybe chrome?? any ideas?

Well to give you an idea on the chrome:

I have to say that it is two very different looks, the chromes make the car look more like a crusin car, and the rims I have now definitely make it look more sporty.

G/L on your mods!

i got 20% tints on my gen2 cosmic blue. but 35 are legal but with a dark interior it can look "darker" but as for room, why dont u get silver rims with a polished lip?

posh-yea i've always been a fan of ur car..i definitely like the chrome look, it's either that or probably silver

biggie-the silver w/ polished lip actually mite not b a bad idea. i remember when u were selling ur rims. i was interested but my money situation was non-existant so that fell through..

as far as the tints, i'm dropping my car off tomorrow. the verdict is going to be 35% all around but the guys charging me a little high..$300..watever though, its computer cut w/ a lifetime warranty and many of my friends have went there and no complaints..u get what u pay for though rite?

now im on my quest for those rims!

Biggie and I both got our cars tinted in MD for $100, both have 20%. If I didn't have to worry about the 5-0 after my first tint ticket I got back in Jan it would be fine, the fact is though I worry now. I usually just open my roof screen and it makes it a little lighter (if I see a lot of police around) other then that its the perfect tint. But for the sake of not worryin Im thinking of going back up to 35% :(

But be aware, there is a slight tint on the solara windows, something like 2-4% i think...
