^^^ Set the DIRTY set of original 'lara spokes against the soup for "kicks"...

...then I thought... hmmm... an interesting fit?

^^^ The stock "sawblades"... while "very sleeper"... are pretty dated, no?

What do you guys think?

How far out should I "space" them?

37 offset on the sawblades... compared to 40, I believe?

...also of note, the sawblades are 16's!!! ...and I believe they are actually 7.5" instead of 7" wide... can't be "pinchin'" the 255's anymore! :-?

MOST IMPORTANT! WHAT SIZE SPACER???

Milt?

I'd go 5mm. It would be an interesting look for sure... and yeah, the OEMs look like 80's Nissan wheels IMO. ;)

If those wheels fit, they would look sweet on your Supra.

Also are the bore center the same? I think the supra's are a little bigger...

Jeff, 5 mm's are nothing... at least a 10-15 to start.

I would have this done to them....

http://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=153412

Add 2 inches to the rear rims making it a 17x9....... then used a 30-45mm spacer with a nice, stretchy but fat tire, with some nice poke to the rear......

lol, yeah... too much work.

but hey....

That is SICK! I would VERY much like to have the rear rims in 9 or more... with 8's in the front, and a stagger, with AT LEAST 255 rears...

Here is a current inspiration from a German dude with some pretty good skills. (His motor is pretty sweet... seriously built. I think this is SALACIOUSLY SEXY... (9.5 rears w/255/40/17 and 8 fronts w/235/45/17)

Image

^^^ I know! The TAG would have to fall!

The other one was a Midnight Blue that MILT posted way back... had the Greddy lip and some deep rims. Can't find it, though.

In the MEANTIME... we'll take a look at the spokes and see how that fits!

(I'll be wearing 235/50/17 Potenza's on them... intended for the 'lara, ultimately...)

THANKS for the feedback, guys. I always DID like the stock rims... but I think they may look better on the Supra! Go figure...
