Very nice!!! What camera do you have? The pictures you took are pretty good, but I've been wondering what the practical application of a fisheye lens is. I recently got a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi with the stock EF-S 15-85mm II lens and need to trade up at some point, especially before I leave for Dubai. I've been looking at telephoto and wide-angle lenses. They're so damn expensive for good ones... :P

i got a pentax k10d. awesome functions and weather sealed, perfect for random hawaii weather. i got the fish eye as a fun lens , its a pentax 10-17mm. buy used lens! find a good forum with real enthusiast that wont screw you over. i got both my 50mm and fisheye used, still relatively expensive but better than new. there are rectilinear lens that don't have that weird center distortion.....but thats no fun. dubai?!!? lots of buildings, a fish maybe a really cool effect but people most wont like it...i dont know if you want to look back to old photos of your awesome dubai trip with majorly distorted photos that make you dizzy. just a thought.

do what i do, buy an electric airsoft rifle, (i have a tokyo marui mp5. 300 bucks) and shoot it! i have a problem on my street. neighbors across from my house feeds those dumb stray cats and there is like millions of them here. RAWR. they tend not to walk through my property anymore due to the ffact that i will shoot them.

I'd prefer an air rifle and aim between the ears...

It's HI... there's gonna be cats in the yard. That's just how it is. Except for the 4 months in Waikiki, I had cats cruisin' my yards the entire time I was there. (Makaha & Aiea)
