If you look at my recent thread (I think just above this one), my rear windows are 35%.
Cops made me take off the tints on the front windows. =[
Btw, they look much darker at night.

35% all the way around on a semi-overcast day
When its very cloudy its almost impossible to see through unless you go up close.

Ive never been pulled over for just tint before.

tracy(mr_chunkz), your tint looks 20% to me in that picture. What brand tint is that?
(maybe it's just the black car color effecting it too...)

35% all the way around (including the factory tint for the back windows?)

You can kind of see through it... I know in MD the max limit is 35% so thats what I did.

Here is a pic of my car. It definitely needs tint agreed? I want to stay legal, want it to look dark, but I still want to be able to see at night. 35% seemes like a good compromise.

It would be cheaper for me to just paint my windows black if I was going to get 15. :D

Suggestion

Postby JMSinMaryland » Sat May 23, 2009 9:38 pm

You'll regret 35%, it's way too light. I had 20% which was only difficult if you were backing up at night. I recently put 30% on our HL. That is the lightest I would go.
