^ haha, the wheels themselves look to have a larger diamater than the fender cutouts. He probably had to RAISE it to fit those on there.

Something to consider...The kind of guy that would do that to a car is probably the same kind of guy that would have a saturday night special on him and shoot back at you. Better make sure you get him with your first shot, lol. I am guessing the owner has been near some type of ghetto gunfire before! :crazyeyes:
